The Midland folk group is part of the Camping and Caravanning Club. We have members of all ages who enjoy, singing and dancing, crafts, or simply camping and caravanning. We meet on a regular basis around various locations in the Midlands, our meets are mainly weekends and start on a Friday.

On Fridays we usually meet from about 2pm onwards. In the late afternoon, early evening, some times, we will have supper together in the hall, it may be soup or fish and chips. Then we often start the weekend with a welcome dance, and ceildh, finishing around 10pm.

Saturday starts with a coffee morning and a natter, followed by a walk if your up to it, activities on the field or in the hall which may include crafts, music practice, boules, or just a get together. Saturday evening we often have an American Supper where everyone brings a plate of food, it is then laid out on a table for all to enjoy, entertainment is provided by members calling dances, playing a musical instrument, reciting a poem, or even a joke or two.

Sunday again coffee morning, possibly a short walk, depart around lunch time
